Episode Description

The presenters go on a road trip across France to see the Millau Viaduct, each bringing along their favourite supercar - the Pagani Zonda S, the Ferrari F430 Spider, and the Ford GT - and along the way seeing how they fare on city streets, motorways and mountain roads. Meanwhile, Clarkson reviews the Ford Focus ST on the Test Track, and British transport minister Stephen Ladyman injures the Liana as he tries to set a time on the test track.

Episode Introduction

"Tonight, the chavtastic new Ford Focus. The transport minister is in our reasonably-priced car. And Richard Hammond and I have a fight."

Stig Introduction

"Some say that his politics are terrifying, and that he once punched a horse to the ground. All we know is that he's called The Stig."

From what I can tell this whole trip through France was presented backwards. They definitely started the episode around Millau and were driving back up north towards Paris rather than south towards Millau as they were saying. I suspect the rain they encountered may have messed up their filming plans a little bit. The majority of Top Gear is actually filmed and presented in order for the most part, so this one stands out in the fact that it is very out of order and presented backwards.
